Personal Training doesn’t mean only the trainer’s presence when someone is working out, but a specific program throughout the proper incitements come the results of training.
When you must do personal training
• when you work out and there are no results
• when you have special needs like a muscle-skeletic injury
• when there is a disease (heart problems, diabetes, osteoporosis, etc)
• when you are pregnant or during the first period of birth
• when generally you don’t have results from the usual gyms programs
• when you want to maximize your restitution to participate to an event
• when you don’t have the time to move to a gym and save time & train at your place
